I want to be able to import data from ArangoDB into Neo4j

I am a new beginner and I have a bunch of text file to load and see Neo4j do its stuff. I expected a simple and straightforward procedure to follow, but instead, I can NOT even get my text files loaded. I see so much information that is so far from where I am now that this introduction to Neo4j has proven it is useless for me now, and as a rapid prototyping tool.

It's surprising that json is not supported despite that it works on Neo4J desktop...

When I try it via back&restore I always get 'Failed to Load' and migration documentation is wildly unhelpful.

When I click on preview all, it shows the entire graph that I expect but when I actually run the import, bloom only returns a portion of the graph.

We have XML data files for our products that include product configuration options as well as product configuration rules.
