..Unexpected response code 503 from request: Trigger import/restore after successful upload
Does anybody know what does this mean and how to solve?

No it is against a professional instance. However, the size of the instance is the minimal one. Below is the setup:

I just realize the database I am trying to upload is 2.3GB. Is this the reason why it failed. What does error 503 mean anyway?

cliu6688@yahoo.com: There are no issues with Push-to-cloud at the moment, and you certainly should choose a larger instance to try and load that file to.

You only have 2Gb of storage on this instance and your .dump is already above that.
