..Unexpected response code 503 from request: Trigger import/restore after successful upload
Does anybody know what does this mean and how to solve?

No it is against a professional instance. However, the size of the instance is the minimal one. Below is the setup:

I just realize the database I am trying to upload is 2.3GB. Is this the reason why it failed. What does error 503 mean anyway?
