Hi all - apologies for the delay on this. Free instances have a 30 day cutoff for inactivity. We provide multiple email reminders about any instances which may be impacted by the cutoff so that users can resume the instance and continue working.

How long had it been since you logged in, and was it a free instance? It isn't advertised when you go through the process of creating, but in their documentation Neo4j mentions that any free instance that hasn't been used in the last 30 days will be deleted.

Don't know why no one from Neo4j was willing to mention this here over the course of several months. Definitely not a glowing endorsement for trusting them enough to pay for the product...
