No way to delete an org, still getting charged

First off, I was trialing an instance and racked up $186 in charges of which I have asked to be reimbursed as nothing had been productionized or used. Now, I have stopped all workspaces, am not using the platform, and I am still getting charged. There is no way for me to delete an organization or my account. My only next step is going to be declare the charges fraudulent. Can someone please reach out to me and credit me back the trial charges?
