I have billing information saved in my profile, but I cannot activate my trial instance to start paying for it. It is stuck in a SUSPENDED state.

Hi Mark,
After billing details have been entered, you can resume the suspended instance by clicking on the resume button. For me details you can check out the docs: https://neo4j.com/docs/aura/managing-instances/instance-actions/#_resume_a_paused_instance.
