How do I download more than 5,000 records?

Query has a tiny fine-print warning "Fetch limit hit at 5,000 records." Info icon gives no info when clicked and no hover text. Is there a way I can discover how to get all the records matching my query, not just the top 5k? Thank you for your help.

There should be a small settings icon on the left sidebar, along with database overview, history, ect. In those settings you can set a higher record limit, however this will come with performance impacts.
