When trying to restore from a generated backup file (snapshot) it always generates an error leaving the state of the instance as LOADING FAILED. Is there a way to identify why it fails? I have not been able to recover the base to a specific date

I hope you can answer me because I don't know how to back up my database if it's not with a snapshot, but if the import doesn't work, the loss of information is super risky. Help please!!!!
