The cypher created for the import doesn't seem re-usable. Would that be possible to generate cypher query which could be used directly in Browser or in script as long as we provide the file location?

Thanks Xavier, we have this on the roadmap for next year, will post back here when we have more updates.

Yes, that was one of the idea to either show the LOAD CSV equivalent

and/or js/python/java code to use the driver (but that might be a bit more involved)
