Teams or Multiple users per Aura Account

We would like to be able to have multiple team members with access to the Aura account and associated capabilities there in, such as database creation, viewing of metrics, access to exports etc etc. Multiple users, with different e-mails in 1 Aura account.

Allow customers to change the associated account that owns the Aura account, either by reassigning to a new email address or adding additional email addresses as admins.
