Newly created database, trying to log in and getting the below error when trying to Query or Explore through the web UI. The service is showing as running and available.

ServiceUnavailable: Could not perform discovery. No routing servers available. Known routing table: RoutingTable[database=default database, expirationTime=0, currentTime=1657827307914, routers=[], readers=[], write
