It is worth clarifying that the password you use to login to the Aura console (https://console.neo4j.io) via Google, is not the same password you need to connect to any specific database you have running.

You are provided a specific password to connect to the database only once during creation of the database, for security reasons, we as a platform don't store this password for you.

If you have forgotten this password to connect to the database, you will need to take a snapshot of the database, then export that snapshot, then create a new database instance and upload that snapshot, storing the password provided to you at database creation.
