Configurable memory in Aura

Allow user to change dbms.memory.transaction.global_max_size threshold for an Aura instance. Current hard-coded and immutable setting of 100Mb (for 1Gb instance) makes the product incapable of performing even basic queries. Also it is wrong conceptually to charge for 1Gb while only allowing to use 10% of it.

We are reviewing the instance sizes and configurations that we offer in Aura and will take this piece of feedback into account.
It's unlikely as a service about to be SOC2 compliant that we will enable custom configurations of the core database, but we can certainly look at the value of altering this limit alongside other infrastructure overheads that impact the smaller instances more profoundly.
