APOC on AuraDB

I am getting this error when try to invoke APOC related commands. How do I enable APOC on fully managed AuraDB free tier?
Error messages:-
There is no procedure with the name
apoc.load.jdbc
registered for this database instance. Please ensure you've spelled the procedure name correctly and that the procedure is properly deployed.
