ValueError: Could not connect to Neo4j database. Please ensure that the url is correct

Getting this error but the url is correct. What should I do?

Same issue as Sofia. Can't get past: ValueError: Could not connect to Neo4j database. Please ensure that the url is correct.

I signed up with username and password and saved a key but it asks for username = which defaults to neo4j (which was not my username) and password (not the key?). Very confused and frustrated - no help to get started here?
