Gregory King: Yes and everything is as described in the module. When the import is performed no nodes nor relations are created. Where is there a log file? No error is thrown that I see.

Hi John, what happens if you toggle the "filter file" switch completely off? If you do that and it still errors can you share screenshots of the properties in the node panel (righthand panel) and of the results summary?

Emma Nash: I am reviewing Neo for implementation in a very large company. My task was to learn this and Cosmos to decide which is the better fit. If a learning module doesn't work per the instructions and support is no better than what was experienced here, Neo is not looking good for selection.

The sad part is, i was rootin for Neo.

Hi John - sorry I get this was frustrating and the product shouldn't behave like this. I'm not totally sure where the course you're working on is but I'll speak to the Graph Academy team to see if they recognise the dataset and then I should be able to recreate the issue myself
