Connection to DB fails intermittently which makes it impossible to use properly.

I´ve created an instance in the AuraDB web app. After I imported the data and created my graph, while in the explore mode, the connection to the DB keeps failing and the whole graph resets to default. This makes it, not only difficult to use because of the lack of flow but extremely annoying because after I rearranged the nodes in a particular view of my prefference the graph suddenly resets to default and all progress is now gone.

Thanks Franco for your feedback. We are currently making improvements to mitigate the issue of Explore losing state when reconnecting to the DB. Stay tuned for updates.

Hi Franco, I’m really sorry to hear this. We are investigating.
While we do this please try the following and reply here with any results - these things are super helpful for our engineers to trouble-shoot with.
- Is your issue only happening with the Explore tool? Can you connect and use the Query tool?
- Clear browsing data and restart web browser (in web browser settings).
- Try a different web browser or computer.
- If the problem persists share any errors from your web browser JavaScript Console (in Developer view).

- The main issue is with the Explore tool. The Query tool´s state doesn´t present issues when DB connection fails. Nevertheless, it loses state when browser is restarted. It would be super helpful to be able to keep my query history for the instance I created!
- Issue persists even then.
- Haven´t done it yet (will do and respond further).
- Same as above.
Thank you for the quick response! I´ll try 3 and 4 and get back to you.

BTW, DB connection fails pretty often.
