It is not clear at all whether and/or how one can change the Neo4j.conf settings or plugins when working with Neo4j Enterprise on AWS ec2, which does not have the Neo4j Desktop user interface. It would be nice to add some documentation on the differences between and the pros and cons of the local and remote Enterprise edition. We decided to purchase the remote ec2 edition after evaluating the local Neo4j Enterprise product, but were unpleasantly surprised to discover that we cannot (or do not know how to) control the Neo4j.conf settings and plugins.
