Cannot Install Graph Apps

Neo4j DESKTOP APPLICATION CANNOT INSTALL SUCCESSFULLY ON MY MAC OS. IT STOPS ON THE SECOND TO THE LAST STEP AND DISPLAYS THE ABOVE MESSAGE WHICH I POSTED. PLS HELP ME WITH THE INFORMATION TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. I ALSO TRIED INSTALLING THE APPS AT install.graphapps.io AND MANY OF THEM INSTALLED WHILE SOME REFUSED TO INSTALL

Adi Shima: Could you provide the Neo4j Desktop logs? If you click the menu "Developer -> View Logs" you should have access to it.

Linus Lundahl: first, my internet strength is not strong but relatively slow. Secondly I used desktop version 1.4.11 but since it did not work I tried downloading a lesser version to install and see but I'm yet to install it

Not sure what the issue is, do you have issues installing Neo4j Desktop or is the issue just related to installing Graph Apps? The error you describe can show up when you have no or limited access to internet.
What version of Desktop are you using?
Do you have limited access to the internat?
The latest version of Desktop (1.4.11) does address a few issues related to the Proxy and checks for internet connection.
