I can't see the older neo4j version when I create instance management.

When I use neo4j desktop V2.0.2, I click Create Instance and only the option 2025.06.1 version appears. I can't see the older neo4j version. I need to install V5. Is this because I am in China?

Neo4j does not block any download requests from China, however you could be in a network that is stopping downloads.  
Desktop looks for updates at these URLs, which must be accessible:
https://dist.neo4j.org/neo4j-desktop-2/win/latest.yml
https://dist.neo4j.org/neo4j-desktop-2/mac/latest-mac.yml
https://dist.neo4j.org/neo4j-desktop-2/linux/latest-linux.yml
