Having several Bloom issues with screen display and locking
collinskf@comcast.net
- If I create a new node, then move it, then build a relationship to it, the relationship arrow is drawn to the original node location, not the current location
- The search screen, one I hit "tab" to select a node, freezes in that the run button had a red x over it.
- The search screen will not dissapear when I click outside of it
All of these cause me to have to logoff and back on, which is not good for me or my audience.

Thanks for this feedback - we will look into it and may be in touch for some more information.

Adding more info. These bugs occur on Explorer and Firefox, on two different laptops with different display types, and after I flush all cookies and cache. This occurs in Aura 5 but does not in Aura 4. Seems like a regression? Apologies for placing this in Aura DS and not Aura DB.

Thank you for the info,
- Would it be possible to provide with log files, and screen record?
- In aura are you using bloom.neo4j.io or workspace?
If you have an enterprise support contract, it’s better to use their support, by rising as a ticket.
Meanwhile we are looking into it.

Mahes Gurunathan Screen shots attached. I am using the workspace. I included the url of the workspace. I am not familiar with the logging process but willing to try with directions. I do not have a enterprise support contract. I am using the free version to build and demonstrate a POC for my organization.

Mahes Gurunathan - Status? The issue continues and makes it hard to have credibility with users during demonstrations. Please let me know if more info is required.

collinskf@comcast.net I can understand, We are working on it. In case if we need more info we will come back to you. Thank you

Mahes Gurunathan. Thanks. I hope the attached screen shots may help. When I get the bug where the relationship arrow points to the wrong place, I can zoom out (to where text is no longer shown) and the line is correctly located - see png attached. It reverts to the wrong position when I zoom back in. Also, if I hover over where the line should be, I can get the pop-up with the name of the relationship and can edit it/delete it.
Mahes Gurunathan
collinskf@comcast.net Thank you! When Zoom out, it works as expected i would say. Because when nodes and relationship are small it will be hard to read the text. So we don't show the text and icons, to increase efficiency.

Mahes Gurunathan Yep. That makes sense. it seems this narrows the bug down a bit. The line drawing algorithm for the line with text is using the original location versus the current location of the object. It tells me the current location is there and can be used, as the line without text and the edit dialog for the relationship both recognize the current location. Also, the bug is not 100%. Meaning early in a session I might get 1-3 correct lines drawn (with text) before the bug kicks in. Or not. As I mentioned in one of the first notes clearing cookies didn't help.
