Data compaction

Yes, I'm deeply disappointed in the way this works.
Aura is supposed to be a managed service. Asking people to follow SIXTEEN manual steps that include having to set up an on-prem database instance and with phrases such as:
- "Your machine needs a lot of memory and excellent disk performance"
- "All indexes will not be copied, but a file containing the commands to recreate them later is generated. ",
etc.. is totally unacceptable.
In addition the database has to be offline during this process to avoid the data diverging and being lost when the final compacted backup is restored.
This type of process is exactly the type of thing I'm trying to offload by paying neo4j for a managed service.
And to top it off the quick solution is to pay them more money for a higher tier.
