No licence for Neo4j Bloom Server

I have recently switched over to Neo4j Desktop 2.0.2 from 1.6.2. I am running Neo4j locally on my Windows 11 Version 24H2, OS build 26120.4733
I can create local instances, connect to them and use the Query Tool. Initially I could use the Explore Tool but now I continually get the following error
"We couldn't find a license for the Neo4j Bloom Server. Please check with your system administrator."
I cannot see any method to update the Bloom licence. Can you please suggest a solution?

Hi Jason, please could you check if the Bloom plugin is installed. You can see this in the plugin panel available from the instances (…) menu. Click uninstall and then stop/start the instance if it is running and you should then be able to use Explore.
